Pursuant to the provisions of Council Procedure Bylaw No. 745 (as amended) notice is hereby given that a Special Closed Meeting of the Village of Alert Bay will be held on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 15 Maple Rd., Alert Bay, BC.

CALL TO ORDER:

Mayor Berry will call the meeting to order.

PUBLIC EXCLUSION:

The meeting is closed to the public in accordance with the section 90 (1) (c) of the Community Charter:  labor relations or other employee relations.
