U’mista Cultural Centre has moved into Winter Hours of Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM closed Stat Holidays.
Alert Bay Library-Museum are at this time, keeping their hours of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Good Day Everyone:
As we move into Winter Hours of Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm for the Alert Bay Visitor Centre, please note that Monday, September 11, 2023 the Visitor Centre will be closed. Local brochures will be available in the hallway of 15 Maple Road (about ½ city block away from visitor centre) at the Village Office/Post Office building. The doors are unlocked 8 am to 6 pm. People living in the Island Health region can have a say in shaping the health programs and services in their region by participating in the Survey on Population Experiences, Action, and Knowledge (SPEAK) and sharing their experiences over the past few years.
